# Create agent receipt

> Stores a signed version 2 MAIP action receipt for an active agent. This is separate from the general receipts API. Integration metadata is signed; transparency inclusion is not established.

Stores a signed version 2 MAIP action receipt for an active agent. This is separate from the general receipts API. Integration metadata is signed; transparency inclusion is not established.

Use a workspace API key or bearer token. Encode the complete `maip-receipt:` identifier as one URL path segment.
